Evan-Talan Homes is a custom home building and remodeling company that specializes in the luxury market. No two projects are alike, and we often encounter new and complex challenges found only in custom home building. While we have some tried-and-true floorplans, we also help design the best space to suit the needs of you and your family. Some of our projects start with a phone call: “We’re interested in building, but not sure where to start.” Others begin with a lot and plans that are ready for permit. We can help orchestrate all parts of the building process, including redesigning something midway through. We can be involved in lot selection, coordinate architects and interior designers, and we also offer in-house design capabilities to bring your vision to life. Our owner, Cory Childress, will guide you through the initial process step by step, a level of customer service that’s hard to find anywhere else.

Since 2007, Evan-Talan Homes has helped clients build their dream homes. We understand the importance of making a house a home, and with 30+ years of experience in the industry, owner Cory Childress built this company on family, naming it after his two sons, Evan and Talan.

Evan-Talan Homes is also a member of National Custom Builders Council (NCBC). This is an exclusive group of fewer than 20 prestigious builders throughout the United States. NCBC selects only the most respected and accomplished custom home builders in the industry, recognized as leading luxury custom home builders within their respective markets. Members meet twice a year to collaborate, exchange ideas, and learn from one another’s unique experiences in the industry. These gatherings focus on innovative building methods, emerging products, and strategies that help each member continue to grow and thrive. NCBC is a highly selective, personal, and intimate group dedicated to advancing excellence in custom home building.
