The concept around this backyard retreat was to feel like they were immersed in a forest and not in Overland Park.  The natural boulders were brought in, moss preferred.  The fabricated boulders were created with a fire feature.  A key element to the pool design was a jumping platform over the 18' deep pool for adults and grandchildren.  Additionally, they created a covered patio and grilling area using reclaimed barnwood.  We loved helping pick out out the unique timbers, originally from an old amish farm in Wisconson.
